The Designer

Fashion,
treated as architecture.

A. Renard cuts cloth the way the ancients cut stone — by proportion first. Trained in Paris, at work between ateliers in Lyon and Dubai, she builds each collection from drawings: column-fluted pleats, arches translated into necklines, drape measured against the golden section.

The studio keeps everything on paper before it touches fabric — swatches pinned beside sketches, corrections in typewriter ink, a red thread marking the line every garment must not cross. What you are reading is that board, made public.
